CANTINA TOUR II | ELEMENTS OF A CANTINA

 There are certain elements in a cantina that simply add to its unmistakable character, such is the case of the ever-present eaves, domino tables, checkered floors and a grand bar in the main hall. 

The recurring existence of these elements helped us gain a better understanding of the function, operation and service that needs to be provided in such establishments. more»

As part of our marketing strategy, the design of our staff’s uniforms evokes the spirit of 19th- century Mexico. A classical vest and bow tie will not only bring a sense of consistency within our restaurant’s image but will convey a message of service and professionalism to our guests. more»

CANTINA TOUR IV | MEANING

 Typical cantinas are usually decorated in a specific theme. While some owners prefer soccer or bullfighting paraphernalia, La Imperial will display the history of Mexican cities by having its walls covered in historical urban plans, archival photos, antique flags and other elements that will transmit nostalgia for the past and pride for our rich culture.
